Voting Rights

The figures are based on the information provided to adesso SE in accordance with statutory reporting requirements or voluntary notifications. Percentage holdings of 3% or more in relation to the current total voting rights are shown. The actual number of voting rights held by shareholders may differ from the number shown due to interim, non-reportable or unreported trading. The voting rights shown are based on the administrative practice of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) regarding notification requirements with regard to significant voting rights. According to this, the issuer's own shares are to be included in the total number of voting rights issued. The total number of voting rights is only reduced if own shares are retired and the capital is reduced. Since no voting rights may be exercised in respect of treasury shares pursuant to Section 71b AktG, the share of voting rights is in fact higher in relation to the smaller number of outstanding shares with voting rights.
